The Lincoln County Pilgrimage: August 15-22, 2021

Historical organizations, societies, and groups throughout Lincoln County will commemorate Maine’s Bicentennial Plus One with a week-long series of events titled, “The Lincoln County Pilgrimage: Making a Living in Lincoln County, 1820 and Beyond.” Programming will show what has changed – and what has stayed the same – over the past two hundred and one years. In particular, we aim to show what daily life was like at different periods of time in different parts of Lincoln County.
